About me
Spanish and with tourism background, I came to Ireland almost twenty years ago to improve my language skills. But I did not know that plans were different. I met my husband here, and I developed my professional career in the tourism sector. After a while, the family grew with our children. I have been looking after them full time since then.
It is just for the last two years that I started to think to return to work. I said to myself that I wanted to work on something that I would like and I could integrate with my personal life and family. Then holistic therapies came across my life. I have always had an interest on them but I never thought about the possibility of doing it myself professionally.
It is an amazing new path that started the last couple of years. First, I received Reiki treatments, then I did the courses to be able to do it to myself, family and friends. After, I wanted to try with Reflexology. I went for a treatment to get the experience, and I loved it. I was fascinated, and I told myself “I want to do that also”. And I did the training.
I am very excited at this point now, because it is amazing and very rewarding to be able to help people to feel better with complementary therapies.

Holistic Therapies
The word “holistic” refers to a “whole” as a unit. Holistic therapies treat therefore, body, mind and spirit together. And the health benefits they offer are many. They are complementary therapies to the conventional or standard medicine.
They have been a huge discovery for me, an opened door to a new and amazing path with a different perspective. They have changed my life and I am ready to help anyone interested to feel better and recover the wellbeing.

Reflexology is a complementary and holistic therapy that brings the body into balance, activating the self- healing process, by applying pressure in some points of the feet that are reflexes of all the body organs and systems.
Reiki
REI means universal or spiritual, KI means life force or energy. It is a form of energy healing technique using gentle touch or placing hands just above the body to bring into balance the person’s energy, removing blockages and encouraging emotional, physical and spiritual healing.
